Brooklyn native MC, Talib Kweli returns today with a dope new track for our listening enjoyment called “The Traveller”. The track can be found on J. Period latest mixtape, and finds Mr. Kweli getting lyrical over top of something silky smooth.
“The Traveller” is driven by a intense vocal sample and some smooth wood winds that get backed up by some ethnic, tribal like drums that makes a nice home for Talib to rhyme upon. Man, this shit is too nice to be ignored, not that you should be ignoring anything Talib drops, but this is nice. Check out the track after the jump.
